1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SyncList ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SyncList is a collaborative list management application that allows users to create, share, and manage lists in real-time. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Subscriptions and Pro Features

SyncList offers a "Pro" subscription that provides additional features and higher resource limits.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Play Store account.
• Resource Limits:
  • Free Users: Limited to 5 active lists, 50 items per list, and 2 groups.
  • Pro Users: Unlimited lists, items, and groups.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
• Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA): Consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right to withdraw. For digital content/services, this right expires once performance begins with your consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or resource limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SyncList and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is located. EU consumers are also protected by mandatory laws of their country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the App or email.
